Mr. Ronnie Tan is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Ronnie Tan & Co., and has been an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya since 2004. With over 20 years of legal experience, his practice encompasses litigation, corporate advisory, conveyancing, property and strata management, with a particular focus on strata-related matters and property management.
Mr. Tan has built a distinguished practice and is particularly known for his expertise in strata and property management, a highly focused practice over the course of his career, advising property developers, Joint Management Bodies, Management Corporations, property management companies and other stakeholders across Malaysia. His experience encompasses the formation, governance and management of Joint Management Bodies and Management Corporations, as well as complex regulatory and compliance matters arising under the Strata Management Act 2013 and related legislation.
